Between 6:00 & 6:30am – Wake Up Slowly, Dry Brush & Shower & Oil Pull.

6:30am – Short Yoga Practice

7:00am – Freshly squeezed lemon juice & turmeric shot

7:10am – Get ready for the day

8:00am – Celery juice or Avocado smoothie (dates, cinnamon, almond milk in a blitzer)
